Last Thursday marked the fifth annual Arete Foundation Golf Day, and what an event it was.

Despite biblical rain, 72 dedicated golfers braved the elements at Blundells Hill Golf Club to raise money for a range of charities and causes across the North West.

A huge thank you to HM Pasties, one of our recent grant recipients, that kept everyone fuelled with their delicious sausage rolls. And a big congratulations to Axon Moore, the day’s winning team.

The festivities continued into the evening with an incredible ‘bandeoke’  experience. Many guests took to the stage for a night of mixed singing ability but undeniable fun.
